1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you represent that this is the case. We may request photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or fellow guests, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Palacehighlandsnest or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
